A Note from Danielle

Danielle Van Ess - DGVE

I know how busy you are!

As a mother of 4 young children, a small business owner, a wife, and someone with aspirations for work-life balance, I empathize deeply. My whole team does.

We get it.

We understand how urgent, energy-draining, and time-consuming young children's needs are.

We know what it takes to manage a household, build a career, and provide for your family.

We understand how much you want and need to help your parents and siblings.

We empathize with how hard it is to think about these things and how painful it can feel when you disagree about some of the details.

We understand why you rest, relax, and postpone addressing these critically important issues.

If you’re here because it’s time to do or redo your will, trust, or estate plan, then you’ve come to the right place.

We’re here to help with all of that because we know your top priority is your family and everything else keeping you so busy is related to them.

Our process is carefully-designed to help you get an estate plan that is comprehensive, solid, and custom-tailored to fit you and your family in the easiest, most streamlined, least-stressful way possible.

We also want to help you leave your family a precious legacy. While it’s true that money can help provide comforts and enable access and experiences, there’s something far more valuable you have to offer your family than that. Your roots, traditions, cultures, beliefs, most sentimental and prized possessions, stories, experiences, and hopes for the future are what your loved ones will care about most. We can help you preserve those for your loved ones.

If you’re here because you want to give your business, or nonprofit business, the best possible start for the greatest likelihood of success or because you’ve decided it’s time to take your business as seriously as you want others to take it, then you’ve come to the right place.

We understand how little time, energy, or money can feel leftover to devote to the unseen underpinnings while you’re consumed with wanting to build, grow, and nurturing your small business.  We’ll help you give your business a strong legal foundation and shield your business from liability so you can work on the business with less worry and more of the enthusiasm that led you to start it.

One of the things our business clients love most is the ability to conduct an up front audit to determine what legal services your business is likely to need and then create an ongoing work agreement to stagger the work out and spread the costs out over time in a way that’s equally comprehensive but less overwhelming.  If you prefer, we can always do “a la carte” type, limited scope legal services, but most of our clients find the former approach is preferable.  It’s comforting (and kind of fun) to be able to say with confidence and without the fear of hourly billing, “I’m going to ask my lawyer about this.”

If you’re convinced DGVE law® is the right firm for your family and/or your small business or nonprofit, just call or email us at: (781) 740-0848 or info@dgvelaw.com and Beth can help us schedule an appointment.

We’ll look forward to meeting with you soon.

Sincerely,
